Helen Burgess

Helen has been General Manager of First Nations Insurance Services Ltd. since July of 1997. Her 18 years of administrative and legal experience with the Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission enhances her capabilities as a licensed life insurance agent. She is a member of the Montreal Lake Cree Nation, and is always pleased to give her best to all of our clients.


Cindy Johnson

Cindy is the veteran employee of First Nations Insurance Services Ltd., employed here since 1991. She is a licensed agent and also holds the title of Office Administrator. In that role, besides spearheading the Premium Statement program, she has vast knowledge of all areas of work associated with this brokerage. Cindy is a member of the Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation.


Beatrice Arcand

Beatrice has been employed by First Nations Insurance Services Ltd. since 1995. Coming straight to us from her employment as an employee benefits administrator for the FSIN, she is our Claims Specialist. Additionally, she shares her broad knowledge and abilities in all other aspects of group insurance and is a member of the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation.


Stuart McLellan

Stuart is our Pension Administrator, joining the staff in 1996. Not only does he have a strong knowledge of the workings of pension plans and all retirement products, but he also has a full understanding of our group benefits products. Stuart is one of our licensed agents, and his vast experience lends to the overall excellent service that our office provides.


Leona Campeau

In October of 1997, Leona joined us after 15 years of employment with the Prince Albert Indian and Metis Friendship Centre. She is the Claims Specialist responsible for processing Extended Health, Dental and Vision Claims. She has gained much knowledge about the industry and the fine-tuned workings of FNIS. Leona is a member of the Muskowekwan First Nation.


Patsy Tuba

Patsy joined our staff in September of 2003 and is an Administrative Assistant. Her main responsibility is the day-to-day mechanics of the premium statement administration. Prior employment equipped Patsy with experience in Media, Creative Writing and Administration. She is a member of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band.


Joan Sanderson

Joan joined us on January 1st, 2005. She too is a member of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band, and comes to us from Northern Resource Trucking, where she gained the skills required to fulfill the position of receptionist that she occupies at FNIS. Joan’s is the friendly voice and face that will greet you when you phone in or visit our office!


Louise Nelson

Louise is the newest member of our staff, coming to us from Wapawekka Lumber on April 11, 2005. She is a member of the Montreal Lake Cree Nation and is our Pension Administrative Assistant.
