Helen Burgess

Helen has been General Manager of First Nations Insurance Services Ltd. since July of 1997. Her 18 years of administrative and legal experience with the Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission enhances her capabilities as a licensed life insurance agent. She is a member of the Montreal Lake Cree Nation, and is always pleased to give her best to all of our clients.


Cindy Johnson

Cindy is the veteran employee of First Nations Insurance Services Ltd., employed with the firm since 1991. She is a licensed Life Agent and holds the title of Benefits Supervisor. She has spearheaded the Premium Statement Program until turning over the reins to Patsy within the last 5 years, but Cindy maintains a vast knowledge of all areas of work associated with this brokerage. She is a member of the Ahtahkakoop First Nation.


Beatrice Arcand

Beatrice has been employed by FNIS since 1995, having come straight to us from her employment as a Benefits Administrator with the FSIN, she is our Claims Specialist handling all disability claims. Additionally, she shares her broad knowledge and abilities in all other aspects of group insurance, and she is a member of the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation.


Stuart McLellan

Stuart is our Pension Supervisor, having joined the staff in 1996. Not only does he have a strong knowledge of the workings of pension plans and all retirement products, but he also has a full understanding of our group benefits products. Stuart is one of our licensed agents and his vast experience lends to the overall excellent service that our office provides.


Leona Campeau

Leona is our Claims Specialist responsible for processing Extended Health, Dental and Vision claims. Leona is a member of the Muskowekwan First Nation and has been our employee for the past 12 years.


Patsy Tuba

Patsy joined our staff in September 2003. She worked as an Administrative Assistant and the person responsible for all the data entry associated with keeping our plan running smoothly. Her main responsibility has been the day-to-day mechanics of the premium statement administration. She recently passed her licensing studies and exams, and she is the first Lac La Ronge Indian Band member on our staff to achieve her licensed status.


Joan Sanderson

Joan is also a member of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band and she is our receptionist. She has worked for FNIS since 2005


Louise Nelson

Louise came to us from Wapawekka Lumber on April 11, 2005. Louise has been performing her duties as a licensed agent for over a year now, and works most specifically with Stuart in the Pension division.


Shauna Mitchell

Shauna is a member of the Heiltsuk First Nation in British Columbia but was raised here in Saskatchewan. She began working for us in June 2006 and now works almost exclusively as an assistant in the Blue Cross Claims department with Leona.


Rosa Jordan

Rose came to us on May 27, 2009. Rosa works in the Pension Department as the receptionist and as an administrative assistant to those in our Pension Department – Stuart, Cindy and Louise. Rosa brings volumes of knowledge with her from her 30 plus years of experience in general office administration and Human Relations. She is a member of the Muskowekwan First Nation.



Marilyn Lariviere

Marilyn came to us on June 1, 2009. Marilyn was just graduating from a comprehensive business financial management course in Prince Albert when she joined our staff. She assists in the Disability Management Department and in our Accounting department and has quickly become a valued employee. She is a member of the Canoe Lake First Nation.
