What is an EFAP?
An Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a counselling, information and advisory service for you, your partner and your children. The EFAP can help you with any personal problem, large or small, that affects your family life, your work life, or your general well-being.
If you use the program your privacy is strictly protected and confidentiality
is guaranteed.
Why should I use the EFAP?
Personal problems, at one time or another are a normal part of life. Usually we can solve these problems ourselves. However, sometimes we can have trouble solving them. It's often difficult to admit that you don't have all the answers. At times like these, outside guidance can offer a new way of looking at things, or provide information that will help us make good decisions and solve our problems.
How do I contact the EFAP?
Help is just a phone call away. If you need more information or wish to speak to a counsellor, just call Wilson Banwell and Associates. You can reach a counsellor anytime of the day or night.
Call from anywhere in North America free of charge:1-800-563-1642.
Wilson Banwell has a team of professional counsellors who can help with all of your problems.
Wilson Banwell also encourages you to obtain support from an Elder, and will help you to do this if you wish.
